Return Policy

1. We guarantee that the watch received is exact what was ordered. If for our mistake, we will be responsible for the shipping cost of exchange;
2. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 1 week. Product exchange notified to egou.co.uk after 1 week may not be honored for replacement;
3. The watch must be returned in its original presentation box with all warranty information and manuals. Please include in the returned package order number, your name, telephone number, and reason for return;
4. If the watches be damaged on the shipping way, please contact us asap once you receive the watches, we will be responsible for the shipping cost of exchange;
5. The watches can be returned only if it has never been worn. We only sell new watches. It is impossible to wear a watch, even for a short time and not get it scratched or blemished. Please understand that we can not accept a return if it is not in the exact same condition as we shipped to you. Resized or Modified watches with links removed will not be eligible for returns;
